You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after successful payment. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. As I am only one person, please allow 5-14 business days processing time to complete your orders.

Original and limited prints are shipped from Germany. Delivery times depend on destination. Orders outside the EU may take a few weeks to arrive. After your order, I will send you the tracking number of your package so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Original artworks may be returned at your own expense within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in the original packaging. All returns must be insured for the full value of the painting as you are responsible for the painting until it is returned. Please keep proof of postage. It is recommended to always send the item with tracking. I cannot refund items that are not returned or arrive damaged.All art print returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, as I try not to carry inventory.

Typically, it takes about 7-14 Business Days for me to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card)
