What are your shipping options?

• Shipping in Germany is free of charge.

• If the international standard shipping options don’t work for you for a reason, please contact me and I will try and find another option. I will only choose insured, trackable shipping.

• Please consider: Shipping rates fluctuate. If a shipping rate is significantly higher than what I calculated, I will contact you to let you know the new shipping rate before packing your artwork.

Help! I have not received my package.

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop me an email and I will investigate the matter immediately. I guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order.

 

When will my order be sent?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after successful payment. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. As I am only one person, please allow 5-14 business days processing time to complete your orders.

How long will shipping take?

Originals, prints on wood and limited prints are shipped from my studio in Germany. Art prints on paper will be managed by a fulfilment company, and produced as close to your delivery address as possible to reduce transport and unnecessary delays. Delivery times depend on destination. Orders outside the EU may take a few weeks to arrive. After your order, I will send you the tracking number of your package so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
