What
are your shipping options?

Shipping of originals and prints on wood is free of charge in
Germany.

Shipping fees for prints on demand are calculated according to your delivery address by my fulfilment printing company.

If the international standard shipping options applying to your location (see checkout) don’t work for you for a reason, please contact me and I will try and find another option. I will only choose insured, trackable shipping.

Please consider that shipping rates fluctuate. If a shipping rate is significantly higher than I calculated, I will contact you to inform you of the new shipping rate before packing your artwork.

When will my order be sent?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after successful payment. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. As I am only one person, please allow 5-14 business days for processing time to complete your orders.

How long will shipping take?

Original and limited prints are shipped from my studio in Germany.

Delivery times depend on the destination. Orders outside the EU may take up to a few weeks to arrive. You can ask for express shipping, and I'll offer you an option!

After your order, I will send you the tracking number of your package so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

I offer 100% money-back guarantee if you find any defects or other issues – please send me a picture. Your satisfaction is my priority.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception! Contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue fast, and I can make it right or solve the problem with the fulfilment company (when it’s an art print on paper).

Return policy

Original artworks and prints on wood may be returned at your own expense within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and in the original (or adequate) packaging. All returns must be insured for the full value of the painting, as you are responsible for the painting/print on wood until it is returned. Please keep proof of postage and send me the tracking link. It is recommended to always send the item with tracking. I cannot refund items that are not returned or arrive damaged. All art print returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, as I try not to carry inventory.

Typically, it takes about 7-14 business days for me to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card).
